Prices & Payments
All prices shown on this website are net £ Sterling and include VAT at the current rates.
We are pleased to accept secure payment by Mastercard, Visa or Delta payment cards or by PayPal. You are invited to select your payment option on the checkout page. Card payments are restricted to cards issued by UK banks to your UK billing address.
Products specifications are as supplied to us by the manufacturers.
Following the convention used by the airlines, sizes quoted on our site (as supplied by the product manufacturers) are overall including handles, wheels etc. Should you need to know other dimensions, please don't hesitate to contact us. Unless otherwise stated dimensions are for unexpanded cases where a bag is described as expandable.
BECAUSE OF THE LIMITATIONS OF THE REPRODUCTION PROCESSES THE ACTUAL COLOURS OF PRODUCTS MAY VARY SLIGHTLY FROM THOSE DEPICTED BY THE IMAGES IN THIS WEBSITE. Some images for illustrative purposes show representative contents of bags, backpacks etc - these are not supplied with the products. Luggage UK reserves the right to amend any imagery, prices or content at any time. Although every attempt is made to accurately represent the products that we are selling, we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information that is supplied.
In order to monitor our performance, we ask customers for their feedback on our service and products supplied. This process is handles for us by our data processing contractors Feefo and by our back-office system. Your personal data is not passed on to third parties outside of our order processing and monitoring procedures.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
We offer FREE NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY to all UK mainland addresses excluding the Scottish Highlands. We only deliver to mainland UK (including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Isle of Wight). We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery elsewhere.)
Because of the extra costs and additional time involved, consignments for the Scottish Highlands and The Islands and Northern Ireland are subject to an extra charge of £9.95 including VAT @ 20%. Deliveries to these destinations normally an additional two working days.
Postcodes and areas that may be subject to the delivery charges are: AB30-38, AB41-56, FK17-99, G83, HS1-9, IV56, IV63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-49, PA-60-78, PH16-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3.
Subject to availability, orders received before 3pm on weekdays are normally dispatched that same afternoon. Orders received after 3pm (Monday-Thursday) will be dispatched next working day. Orders received after 3pm on Friday, on Saturday and on Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday. (If this should be a Bank Holiday the order will be dispatched on the Carrier's next working day).
We will notify you by e-mail when your order is due to be dispatched.
On the delivery day (Monday-Friday) you will receive an e-mail from our carrier telling you the time slot when they plan to deliver to you and offering a choice of options should this not be convenient. To avoid the delays in re-delivering, our carriers will normally try to make delivery to a neighbour if you are out and will leave a card letting you know what has happened. If our carrier is unable to delivery on the first scheduled day they will try again on the following working day. Should they again be unable to deliver to you your parcel will be taken to a local pick up point for collection by you. The cards left, and messages sent by our carriers will explain what happens next in the event of non-delivery.
All delivery times are subject to limitations imposed by local weather conditions and other local factors. We do not accept responsibility for deliveries made outside of our 5 working days, after an order has left our property. Luggage UK at all times will try to rectify any delivery issues to the best of our ability and will keep you, as our customer, as informed as possible as to late deliveries that are out of our control.
Please note: Deliveries and Collections do not take place on Bank Holidays.
Orders received on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the Carrier's next working day. If there is a Bank Holiday in Scotland or Northern Ireland, but not in England on the working day following dispatch, then delivery will not be until the first working day (2nd working day Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland) in the receiving country following the Bank Holiday.
Should you wish your delivery to be made on a weekday later than the next one available, please let us know by giving details in the “Special Instructions” box during the checkout process.
If delivery cannot be completed as intended, our carrier will leave a card at the delivery address listing the alternative options for effecting delivery. If, for any reason, you do not take delivery of the consignment within 7 days, your order will be returned to us and we will refund the price you paid less a charge of £25.50 inc VAT at 20% to cover cost of return delivery. Proof that delivery had been attempted at the delivery address is provided by a GPS satellite image of at that precise location.
Please note that Consignments will not be left without a signature
You are normally able to nominate a different delivery address to the billing address for your card - you may specify this during the checkout process. For security reasons, particularly where payment is made using PayPal, we may not always be able to accept your request to use an alternative delivery address.
Once items have been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address.

Provided your request is confirmed and you agree to accept the extra charges, at the time you place your order with us, we are able to arrange Special Delivery by Interlink to most UK mainland addresses, excluding the Highlands, Islands and other remote areas.

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen working days of delivery (Commencing the day after you receive the goods) and return them at your own expense for a full refund of the purchase price of your product. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by e-mail, fax or letter. You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods. Goods must be returned, complete, unused, in mint condition and in their original packaging. We recommend, for your own protection, that you use a recorded delivery service. When you order, details of this entitlement will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail and are repeated in the documents enclosed with the delivery.

If your item is received damaged or faulty on delivery
Please contact us straight away with your order number, either by calling 01732 753292 or e-mailing us and making us aware of the problem. We will normally ask you to provide us with pictures of both the product and both the inside and outside of the box. We aim to get the problem dealt with promptly.
All bags that we sell are covered by manufacturers' guarantees against defects in manufacture.
Guarantees DO NOT COVER damage suffered as a result of the baggage handlers. Always inspect your bags when they are returned to you, and in the event that damage has occurred please immediately make your carrier aware - they have well established procedures in place to make good the loss suffered
In the event that your luggage develops a fault as a result of a manufacturing defect (as opposed to accidental damage or damage occurring when in the custody of baggage handlers etc), please email us details of the problem, how and when it occurred, along with your order number and pictures to illustrate the problem.
Some of the products that are offered on Luggage UK come with Free Gifts. Free Gifts offered at any one time are based on a ‘per order’ basis rather than a ‘per item’ and applies while stocks last. We reserve the right to substitute any free gift with an item of equal or higher value. Luggage UK reserves the right to remove Free Gifts from purchases at any point.
Ownership of Goods
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Luggage UK until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.
